Room very bright and spacious Nice little balcony The shower partition that doesn’t flood the bathroom The owner is very nice and smiley (although he doesn’t speak English so get a translator) and he cooks breakfast every morning Free bikes available Initially very clean The restaurant nearby does really good food

The room was spacious, clean and modern. The bed was super comfy and the balcony was a great addition. The property also offers free bicycles, great wifi, a swimming pool and we also used the kitchen to cook a few meals. Breakfast was tasty and the staff was super friendly.

everything was great ! the room was very spacious and airy, the view was great, the balcony was large and comfortable with table and chairs, the shower was great and so was internet, the garden downstairs was lovely and the swimming pool, although I didn't use it , I think is a good size . the family was also lovely and made me feel at home . The room was so spacious and the owner was really friendly and helpful. It was further away from the Old Town of hoi an, which we appreciated as it was very calm and quiet.

Big enough room with balcony and clean bathroom. Location is a bit far from old town, need cab to and fro. They provide bicycle though, so take them if you are comfortable.
